How to make a return or exchange.
All the information you need can be found on the returns form included in your delivery.
Returns and exchanges from the US can take up to 5 working days to be delivered and processed at our New Jersey sorting centre.
A USPS return tracking email is emailed to you as soon as you create your return label. You can follow the progress of your return to New Jersey by clicking the tracking link on this email or click here to search your tracking number.
We process returns on working days usually within 24 hours of receiving them.
Once we have received your return and processed it we will send you an email to let you know.
If you do not have an email, please check your spam or promotions folder as sometimes our emails go in those folders and not your main inbox.
We issue refunds in the original form of payment used to place your order. A refund will take on average 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment method issuer.
If you are returning to exchange for a lower value item, we will automatically refund you the difference. If you are returning to exchange for a higher value item we will send you an email with a payment link for the difference, once you have made payment we will automatically send the new item out to you.

Please be careful to return your purchase in the same condition it was delivered to you. It is Ok to try out your purchase inside. Please do not create any wear marks or damage as this could invalidate your return.
If possible please return in the original packaging and re-use the shipping bag or box you received your delivery in. This helps reduce waste and reduce the carbon impact of your return.
